How can I add a new Toolbar row?

Tap Menu -> Settings -> Toolbar setup, then tap Menu -> Add toolbar to add a new toolbar at the bottom of all toolbars.

This option allows you to add new function key buttons to a new toolbar. From the Add toolbar screen you can select one or more function keys to be inserted in the new toolbar row. Tap SAVE when you have completed your selection of new buttons.
